Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rankodin website and all associated tools available at https://rankodin.com ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated from Romania, European Union. Until the operating company is formally registered, the Service is operated by the individual founder. Contact: support@rankodin.com.

1. The Service

Rankodin provides a set of SEO analysis and optimisation tools for online store owners, including:

  • SEO Audit & Repair — automated analysis of publicly accessible web pages;
  • Marketing Check — multi-channel store analysis;
  • Compare with a Rival — side-by-side SEO comparison;
  • Fix a Page — automated HTML rewriting and download;
  • Content Studio — content idea generation and review;
  • Search Console — Google Search Console data integration;
  • Product Importer — CSV-based product push to WooCommerce and Shopify.

The Service analyses publicly accessible pages only, exactly as a search engine crawler would. It does not modify your website in any way unless you explicitly use the Product Importer with your own API credentials.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only to:

  • audit websites you own or are explicitly authorised to audit;
  • use results for legitimate SEO improvement of your own or your clients' websites;
  • import products to stores you own or manage with appropriate authorisation.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to audit websites without authorisation from their owner;
  • overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent rate limits;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose under EU or Romanian law;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without written permission;
  • use automated scripts to make excessive requests to the Service;
  • attempt to extract or scrape our underlying analysis logic or data.

3. License key

Certain features require a valid license key. A license key is issued for personal or single-business use and may not be shared, resold or transferred without written permission. We reserve the right to revoke a license key used in violation of these Terms without refund.

4. No guarantee of results

Rankodin provides recommendations based on automated technical analysis. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in search rankings, organic traffic or revenue. Search engine algorithms are proprietary and controlled by third parties entirely outside our influence. Results depend on many factors including your industry, competition and how you implement the fixes.

5. Third-party integrations

Features that connect to third-party services — including Google Search Console, WooCommerce and Shopify — are subject to the terms and conditions of those services. Rankodin is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for those services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of their APIs complies with their terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any loss caused by unavailability of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Romanian law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service;
  • any loss of data, revenue or business opportunity;
  • errors or inaccuracies in audit results;
  • actions you take based on the Service's recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, as required by EU consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

The Rankodin name, logo, design, software and audit methodology are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The audit reports, fix suggestions and content generated for your own website are yours to use freely without restriction.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law, including the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or applicable law evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
